Vitthal of Pandharpur

Vitthal, also called Vithoba or Pandurang, is the form of Vishnu-Krishna worshipped at Pandharpur on the Chandrabhaga river, depicted standing with hands on his hips upon a brick, and revered as the central deity of the Warkari devotional movement.
